It appears that the Toronto Argonauts will be without slotback Chad Owens again when they face the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Saturday. Owens, who is suffering from bruised ribs, missed practice on Wednesday and head coach Scott Milanovich said he is doubtful to play this weekend.
