St. Louis, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - The St. Louis Rams will be without tackle Jake Long and wide receiver Brian Quick for the remainder of the season after both players were injured during Sundays loss in Kansas City. Long suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee for the second time in less than a year and Quick has significant damage to his shoulder, Rams coach Jeff Fisher said Monday. In all, six players left Sundays game and Fisher said they team would be without a number of guys in practice this week as it gears up for a game against San Francisco this weekend. Long, the former No. 1 draft pick and starting left tackle, had started 22 games for the Rams since they signed him prior to last season. He tore both the anterior and medial collateral ligaments in his right in Week 16 last year. Quick, a third-year receiver, had 25 catches for 375 yards and three touchdowns in seven games this season.
