OSLO, Norway -- The Norwegian government rejected Oslos bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics on Wednesday amid financial concerns, meaning the candidacy will almost certainly be dropped. Oslos withdrawal would leave just two cities in the race: Beijing and Almaty, Kazakhstan.
