LUSAKA Felix Hernandez Mariners Jersey , Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Zambian President Edgar Lungu on Thursday called for international support to contain the high number of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) nationals seeking for asylum.


Zambia has seen an influx of DRC nationals in recent weeks fleeing from unrest in some parts of that country.


Lungu said he was concerned over the high number of the asylum seekers entering the country and needed assistance to take care of them.


The Zambian leader expressed concern during a high-level side meeting on the refugee satiation at the ongoing United Nations (UN) General Assembly in New York, according to a statement released by his office.


Zambia, he said, will need international support to enable the country manage the influx of the asylum seekers due to the civil strife in their country.


Zambia was receiving over 500 asylum seekers on a daily basis, he added.

RIO DE JANEIRO, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Rio de Janeiro Edgar Martinez Mariners Jersey , Brazil's second largest city, plans to launch an electric-vehicle sharing service with input from Chinese automaker BYD, local media reported on Tuesday.


BYD is one of five firms that together make up PPP Radar, the consortium that has won the bid to develop the program, according to O Estado de Sao Paulo daily.


BYD, together with DirijaJa, IDOM Dee Gordon Mariners Jersey , PricewaterhouseCoopers and Albino Advogados Associados, has six months to present their project, the daily said.


"The city of Rio de Janeiro should have a fleet of electric vehicles as of next year ... for carsharing," the daily said, adding that the program will offer some 300 cars initially.

BYD, which unveiled the world's first battery-powered coach in January, has other projects under way in Brazil.

BYD plans to invest 400 million U.S. dollars in Brazil by 2018.


BAGHDAD, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Up to 58 people were killed in separate bomb attacks and airstrikes in central and northern Iraq on Tuesday Authentic Ryon Healy Jersey , security sources said.
